I myself called Samsung because the Yahoo website said to make sure the problem wasnt because of a problem with our phone or internet service. I did call Samsung and they were able to access my phone to check the settings on my phone. Their Tech Support representative also went to the Yahoo Help Centef page and followed the Yahoo Trouble Shooting steps. It did not help. He even uninstalled the Yahoo Search app on my phone and later reinstalled the app. None of the trouble shooting steps that Samsung followed fixed the issue.

Like me everyone did the trouble shooting steps listed on the Yahoo Help Center page. It didnt do any good. It didnt fix the problem.

Like Bing and Google, Yahoo search results will often have a local knowledge panel on the right side of the screen (above the ads). Our business has the following issue:
Samsung and At&t caouldnt fix the problem and they did EVERTHING that Yahoo said to do. Yahoo, Oath or Verizon needs to admit that theyve caused the Yahoo Search App to stop working. They are the only company that can fix the problem with their app. They want us to use Yahoo. They just dont want to fix their products when one or all of them stop working correctly. Yahoo Search will work fine on a computer or an Android phone. No one can do web searches of any kind thru their Yahoo Search App no matter what we any of us do. Yahoo, Oath and Verrizon obviously dont care about their customers. Is strange that our problems all started when we had to sign their new Terms agreement to be able to use Yahoo . The minute we marked I Accept, the Yahoo Search App quit working even though we didnt change anything.

When you search for topsider, the correct Topsider Homes knowledge panel shows up. If you search for , the same. However, if you search topsider homes the knowledge panel doesnt show up at all, making it more difficult for those who are specifically adding a space and the word home to not have instance access to this knowledge.

A piece of content that is on Yahoo Finance does not actually appear in Yahoo search results when searching by headline/title of story.

Yahoo, Oath/Verizon needs to fix their Yahoo Search App for Android or Nobile phones Installed from the Google Play Store. Their Technical Engineers are the only ones that can fix the problem.

When and if anyone is able to get hold of them, all their people do is Refer everyone to the Yahoo Help Center Page and follow the directions that they list as the 8 TROUBLE SHOOTINTING STEPS TO FIX PROBLEMS WITH THEIR YAHOO PRODUCTS. WHAT THEY DONT TELL EVERYONE IS WHAT TO DO WITH THEIR TROUBLE SHOOTING STEPS DONT WORK.

Only Yahoo, Oath/Verizon can make everything work on Yahoo again.Its Its strange that everything works fine thru the Yahoo Mail App. So far the only problem is with the Yahoo Seatch App.

Yahoo isnt repairing a problem with the Yahoo Search App when theyve been made aware that no one can do web searches thru their Yahoo search App.
It would be great if the Yahoo home page would add a prominent link with instructions how to add it back to Firefox.

Next, I called my Internet Company which is At&t Uverse and had them check the Wifi Internet in our area. There were no problem with the internet.Their At&t Connect Tect technician checked by downloading ok adding the Yahoo Search App to one of their Android phones. They werent able to do any kinds of Web searches of any kind thru the Yahoo Search app. They went to without using the Yahoo Search app and they had no trouble doing any kinds of searches. The problem is that the Yahoo Search App has stopped working.
